How to Order

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THIS WEBSITE

 

To Order Textbooks

1) Click on “Textbooks”

2) Select Campus/Term Combination

3) Select a Department

4) Select a Course

5) Select a Section

6) Click "add to basket"

7) To continue ordering textbooks repeat steps 2 through 6

8) To complete transaction click "checkout"   

9) If you are a new user, you must create an account by clicking "here"

10) New Account Setup 

        E-mail form -- Please enter your personal e-mail account address.  If you don't already have an e-mail setup please enter a phone number where you can be reached.  For example the phone number must be entered as follows: 3129354413@rmc.edu    

        Shipping and Billing Information -- Please enter your home address in the "Ship To" and the "Bill To" form (Even if you are having textbooks shipped to a campus location, you must fill in both forms with your home address)    

        Password form -- Please enter a password twice 

        Account Confirmation -- This screen should appear.  If this screen does not appear, please go back and check that all your information has been entered correctly 

11) When your account has been created click on “continue”

12) Click on “Shipping Method” for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Campus Pick-Up delivery. First shipment of books is free any additional shipping will incur a fee. If you prefer textbooks shipped directly to your home, UPS Ground is also free for enrolled students during weeks 7 and 9. UPS 2nd Day Air is available for a fee. (See shipping details on website)

13) Click on “Continue”

14) Payment Type -- *Student ID required

        Student Account -- Click on “Other Options” for payment with Student Account.  Make sure you choose the correct campus you will be attending, or are currently attending. 

        Credit Card -- Click on "Credit Card" and fill out form completely  

15) Click "Continue" for Final Approval 

16) Please review all data 

17) Click “Continue” to complete order

18) Purchase Confirmation -- Your order process is complete.  Your confirmation will be e-mailed to you.  If you did not enter an e-mail please make sure you remember your confirmation number, or print out the confirmation page.  

Prices and availability of textbooks/supplies/course related materials are subject to change. The Bookstore staff will always strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner, all orders placed during weeks 1 and 2 may take up to 4 days to process and ship your order.
